"Pondok Ernita Villa Legion" We have had an amazing holiday at Pondok Ernita Villa in Legion. Loved the open living areas with both villas having pool views from the lounge areas. The pool was very clean (thanks Ketut for maintaining). The bedrooms were spacious with shelving and wardrobes allowing us to unpack and make our selves at home. Thanks Madae for all your hard work ensuring the villas were clean and beds were made and fresh towels when needed. The location was perfect for us to head out to visit restaurants bars shopping and the beach for sunset. We would have given it a 5 star rating but we had a couple of days with termites in the front villa. Lucky we had fly spray on hand. We located there home and advised Madae to let Anita know so she can get the shelf replaced. We had an issue with air conditioner in front villa. Contacted Anita and this was fixed in a few hours which was great. Would we stay here again....absolutely...

"FANTASTIC!!!!!!" HGV 5 was fantastic. It is secluded yet close to everything. There is 24/7 friendly security which is great when you return from a day or evening out. Made and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Nothing is a problem and they are such beautiful people. Meals at Warung Bule are yummy, especially the burgers and fresh mixed juice served with a big smile by Ticka and Blondie. Absolutely reccommend staying here and cant wait for my next holiday at Hidden Garden Villa 5.

"Great villa, great staff, and great location - perfect for families." I stayed at the Lazy Dog with my daughter and her husband, their two young children (aged 4 & 7) and my younger son. It was the perfect spot for a family holiday. From the moment Ray (the father of Kristen the owner) and Nyoman met us at the airport we were made to feel very welcome - they even sorted out our problem with a missing passport with the local immigration officials and avoided a long wait for us at the airport. The villa itself is first class - lovely layout, lovely furniture and fittings. As my daughter said - "the photos on the website do not do it justice". There was a fridge full of supplies waiting for us when we arrived, including some lovely cold beers, and it was great to just dump the bags and dive into the pool after the flight from Singapore. The villa style is much more accommodating and flexible than a hotel for a family and the Lazy Dog layout was perfect for our needs - with two adults sharing the twin bedded room and my daughter and her family using the two double bedded rooms. The bedrooms were spacious and cool, as were the bathrooms, and the beds and bedding were very comfy. The kitchen and sitting area were spacious and well equipped and all of us (especially my grandchildren) loved the pool. Ray was a great help, especially with his local knowledge - both do's and don'ts. He told us about the best local butcher when we told him we were doing a BBQ - and the steaks were great ! The villa staff Ayu & Nyoman were great and always made sure we were looked after - nothing was too much trouble. They were always helpful and happy - even to the point of teaching my granddaughter some Balinese. They helped us to arrange trips, massages and even a lovely birthday cake. Ayu also lent us her laptop for the stay. The villa location was ideal for us - Sanur is lively and has a family feel to it and the villa is near the shops, restaurants and beach but tucked away down a side road which made it very quiet at night. We had a fantastic time in Bali - and the Lazy Dog was at the heart of our stay. So a big thanks to Kristen, Ray, Ayu and Nyoman.

"Totally relaxed holiday , with everything we needed." My wife and I had a most relaxing holiday while staying at the villa. the accommodation suited us and the beds in particular were wonderful after flying there tired, and needing a long sleep. The staff were helpful, friendly, and the food delicious. Waking up to the sounds of the waves, and seeing the local villagers going about their day was a pleasure. When we wanted to, we were driven to most places by Dewa, always ready to help. The location is close to places we often frequent when visiting bali which suited us more. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Our son will be staying there soon, we told him about the good surfing waves outside the villa. Wonderful break, thanks to all, see you next year.
